Refund Policy
Payment & Refund Policy
We use Razorpay and PhonePe for processing online payments. Your payment data is encrypted and used only for the duration of the transaction. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- If the service or product purchased is not delivered or rendered as described.
- If there are significant defects or issues with the product or service that cannot be resolved.
- If the cancellation is made within a specified period as outlined in the terms of service.
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support team at support@jozhi.in with your order details and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Certain items or services may not be eligible for a refund, including:
- Products has any damange,broken or lost parts.
- Services that have already been rendered or used.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed. This email will include tracking information.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates vary based on the delivery location and the size and weight of the vehicle.
- Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
- Delivery Updates: You will receive updates on the status of your delivery via email or SMS.
- Availability: Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
- Claims: If you receive a damaged vehicle, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receipt. We will evaluate the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
- Remote Locations: Delivery to certain remote or rural locations may take longer than estimated. We will notify you if your delivery is expected to exceed the standard delivery time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
